Delivery Charges

Delivery is free on all orders all over Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days after confirmation. Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, bad weather or in remote areas.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, our team may call or message you to confirm the order and address. Please keep your phone on. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

Payment

You pay the courier in cash when the parcel is delivered. No advance payment is needed.

Tracking Your Order

You can follow your parcel on the Order Tracking page once it has been dispatched.

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or has a wrong or missing item, contact us within 30 days with photos or a video. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
